Consultations are more than a courtesy. They are how we come to understand you, your skin, and what the two of us can do together.

It is also the practical answer to the hardest question on this site. There are 33 treatments here and most people do not need the one they came in asking for.

What the appointment includes

  • A specialist, not a salesperson

    You sit with one of our skin care experts. Every one of them is a board-certified nurse practitioner who has also passed our own training.

  • A proper look at your skin

    The appointment starts with an analysis of the skin you actually have, which is the step every treatment we offer begins with anyway.

  • A plan with numbers on it

    Which treatment, which brand, what dose, how often, and what it costs. For injectables those decisions are made here and nowhere else.

  • No charge

    The consultation is free, and it stays free whether or not you book anything at the end of it.

What to expect

  1. We look

    A specialist reviews your skin and asks what has and has not worked for you before.

  2. We plan

    You get a recommendation, an order to do things in, and the price of each part of it.

  3. You decide

    Book something, take the plan away and think about it, or do neither. All three are fine.
